CRM · Sales

The CRM that knows what was sold, delivered and billed.

See the pipeline the way you work it.

Pipeline

Opportunities by stage, expected revenue on every card. Drag one to Negotiation and its owner knows.

See the pipeline the way you work it.

  1. Opportunities by stage, expected revenue on every card. Drag one to Negotiation and its owner knows.

  2. Every field, editable in place, with a filter you can save: mine, closing this month, no next activity.

  3. The week's calls, visits and follow-ups by day, with the discovery calls booked through Appointments already on it.

  4. Your clients and prospects where they are, so Tuesday's site survey and Tuesday's follow-up visit are in the same town.

The opportunity, its next activity, and what it adds up to.

Your stages, your fields, your pipelines.

Every opportunity has a next activity

A call, a visit, a quote to send, a follow-up email. The card says what it is and when, and an opportunity without one is the first thing the list flags.

The thread is on the record

Every email, call and meeting about the deal, in order, on the opportunity, whoever handled it.

Follow-ups that come back

A client you have not spoken to in ninety days is a reminder, not a memory.

The pipeline as a number

Open, weighted by stage, and won this month, read from the cards rather than a Friday spreadsheet.

Won, and then

Marking an opportunity won offers what comes next: the quote, the project, the subscription.

This is the room.

One opportunity, opened: the thread, the activities, the quote it is waiting on, and, in the side panel, what this client already has: the current contract, the visits done under it, the invoices paid.

See it with your own pipeline

Your opportunity, shaped for a six-month deal. And for a lead that arrived this morning.

What adapts: what an opportunity is (an enquiry with a drawing, a form filled on your website), the stages it goes through, the fields it carries, where its leads come from, and what it becomes when it is won. Two businesses can run CRM and share nothing but the word "pipeline".

See it on your own data

A metal fabricator

Deals take months and three quote revisions. An opportunity carries the drawing reference, the tonnage, the lead time and the deposit; its stages are Enquiry, Site survey, Quote sent, Revised, Order confirmed; and the won opportunity becomes a project with a deposit invoice on day one.

A web agency

Leads arrive from the website form and a campaign. An opportunity carries the source, the budget band and whether it is a project or a retainer; its stages are Inbound, Discovery call, Proposal, Won; the discovery call is booked through Appointments; and the won opportunity becomes a project or a monthly subscription.

The follow-up, drafted from the thread.

The client wrote on Tuesday asking to bill quarterly. The assistant reads the thread, the quote and the client's current contract, drafts the reply (yes to quarterly, the terms revised, the visits already done this year mentioned), and proposes the next step: revise the quote, send it Friday. Mathilde edits one sentence and sends. Nothing leaves without her.

The inbox. An email from a client about a second showroom is an opportunity on that client, created from the message, with the message on it.

Your stages, your fields, your object.

A fabricator's pipeline has a site survey and three revisions; an agency's has a discovery call and a proposal. Both are stages you name, in a pipeline you can have more than one of. The opportunity itself is an object you own: add the drawing reference, make the weighted value calculate from the stage, make the deposit required before Order confirmed, and every view, every filter and every report picks it up.

See it on your own data

The CRM you would otherwise buy stops at won.

It is good at the pipeline. It has never seen your invoice, your subscription or your project, so the next deal with the same client starts from a contact card.
