Subprocessors

Enobase uses certain subprocessors to assist in providing our services. A subprocessor is a third party data processor who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). We use the following subprocessors to host our services and help us provide our services to you:
European hosting
Enobase uses Neon in Europe to host its production PostgreSQL database. Our application and website use Vercel Functions configured to run in Frankfurt, Germany.
These hosting locations describe where our database is hosted and our Vercel Functions run. A provider's corporate location is separate from the location where it hosts or processes data. Vercel also operates a global content delivery network. European hosting does not mean that all processing by every provider takes place exclusively in Europe.
Other processing locations depend on the service, account configuration, and features used. This page does not make an EU-only processing commitment for those services. For questions about processing locations for your use of Enobase, contact privacy@enobase.com.
Providers and purposes
The providers involved depend on the features you use and your interactions with Enobase. AI providers may process prompts, documents, and related content when the corresponding AI features are used.
