Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

We are hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to define how Enobase lands in each industry and scales from 1 to 100 implementations per month.

Enobase is an AI-native operations platform for SMBs—composable, joyful, and adaptable to the last mile. Teams describe how they work, and we generate a workspace designed to unlock their full potential. In this founding role, you work directly with the founders and help define how Enobase gets deployed and scaled across industries.

What you'll do

Since Enobase is a dynamic startup, your role may change over time. Here's an idea of the things you'll be doing.

• Talk with customers to turn scattered operations into a single workspace on Enobase
• Own delivery end to end: from first discovery call to getting workspaces used daily by client teams
• Work with existing and upcoming clients to evolve their workspace and get the most out of Enobase
• Work with our platform team to improve our building blocks
• Use and improve our AI systems to configure workspaces
• Work directly with founders to design the way we enter and scale into an industry

Background

• Comfortable in early-stage chaos and like being on the critical path
• Autonomous in your work and communicate well
• Not afraid to open an IDE and read through code
• Like being in front of customers and understanding how they work
• Excellent UI and product taste

We're always looking for something extra that makes you stand out, for example:

• Experience with ERPs, Notion, Airtable and no-code tools
• Experience working with operationally heavy industries (logistics, food, hospitality, construction, events)
• Prior experience in early stage startups
• Prior (vibe) coding experience
