The batch record is the document: every measure, every operator, every raw-material lot that went in, signed by the person who released it.
The control point sits on the welding operation inside the work order, one visual inspection per frame with a photo and a pass or fail, the welder's name on each. A fail opens a rework action on the same work order. The certificate of conformity that ships with the frame lists the inspections and who signed them.
