Check the lot where it arrives. Block it where it fails.

From the control point to the certificate, in five steps.

The control point sits on the operation

A receipt of ART-2104, the Wire and test step of a work order, a delivery to Atelier Nord: each one carries the checks you decided it needs, every lot or every tenth, so the check appears when the operation does and nobody has to remember to run it.

From the control point to the certificate, in five steps.

  1. A receipt of ART-2104, the Wire and test step of a work order, a delivery to Atelier Nord: each one carries the checks you decided it needs, every lot or every tenth, so the check appears when the operation does and nobody has to remember to run it.

  2. The technician measures, photographs, and the check passes or fails against the tolerance you set. Eight panels sampled, two out of tolerance: the verdict is a fail before anyone argues about it, at the dock, on a phone.

  3. A failed check opens a non-conformity carrying the lot, the purchase order and the supplier, so it is on Delaunay Group's record and on LOT-2026-0921 at once, with the root cause and the disposition to fill in: return, rework, scrap or use as is.

  4. Someone owns the action, with a due date: return the lot, get a replacement, check it again. The non-conformity closes when the action does, and the lot is released by the check that passes, not by a status someone changed by hand.

  5. The certificate of conformity for the lot that ships, or the batch record for the lot you made, is generated from the checks, the measures and the signatures already on the record, in your layout, and stays attached to the lot.

The control point, the check type, the disposition, the action, and the numbers.

What gets checked, how often, what a fail blocks and who closes it are yours to set.

Control points where the work is

On a receipt, a work order, an operation inside it, a delivery, or on demand; every lot, every tenth, or once per order.

Five check types

A measure with a tolerance, a pass or fail, a photo, a text, or a worksheet that walks the technician through it, on the desk or on a phone.

A disposition, not a discussion

Return, rework, scrap or use as is: the non-conformity carries the decision and who took it.

Actions with an owner and a date

Corrective and preventive, each on a person, each with a due date, each visible until it closes.

The numbers you already produce

Failed checks by article, by supplier, by month, read from the checks, not typed into a report.

The same check, for a batch of cream and for a weld.

What adapts: what the control point sits on (a receipt, a work order, an operation, a delivery), what the check measures and against what, what a fail blocks, who owns the action, and which document the record produces at the end. Two manufacturers can run Quality and disagree on every one of those.

See it on your own data

A cosmetics manufacturer keeping batch records

The control point sits on the work order, with three checks in sequence: pH, viscosity and fill weight, each with its tolerance. A fail blocks the batch before filling. The batch record is the document: every measure, every operator, every raw-material lot that went in, signed by the person who released it.

A metal fabricator inspecting welds

The control point sits on the welding operation inside the work order, one visual inspection per frame with a photo and a pass or fail, the welder's name on each. A fail opens a rework action on the same work order. The certificate of conformity that ships with the frame lists the inspections and who signed them.

One failed check holds the delivery.

Two panels out of eight are 3 mm too wide. In a quality tool that is a form and an action. Here it is the lot blocked in stock, the delivery to Atelier Nord held with the reason on it, the purchase order flagged, and a second line on Delaunay Group's record, all from the one verdict Karim entered at the dock. Nothing ships by mistake while someone reads an email.

The record the auditor asks for is the record you already have.

An auditor asks for the batch record of LOT-2026-0922 and the certificate that went to Maison Berger. Both are documents generated from the record: the checks, the measures, the raw-material lots, the operators, the signatures, in the layout you designed once. The check that failed is in there too, with the action that closed it, because the record was never edited to look better. Quality keeps the records a standard asks you to keep: who checked what, against which tolerance, with which result, and what was done about it, exportable at any time. It does not make you certified, and this page does not claim a certification for the platform.

LOT-2026-0921, end to end

The receipt it came in on, the check that failed, the non-conformity, the return, and the replacement lot that shipped in its place: one line, read in one place, because the lot is a record and everything that touched it is linked to it.

The supplier's record

The supplier's record

Every non-conformity on a lot from Delaunay Group is on Delaunay Group, so the next purchase order is placed knowing.

The work order's checks

The work order's checks

A work order carries its checks in sequence, and cannot close with one of them open.

The checks on the lot

Every check ever done on the lot, in order, with who did it and the verdict, so the lot's status was never typed by hand.

Who received it

The customers and the deliveries that carry units from this lot, so a recall is a list, not a search.

Today's checks by control point, the ones failed, the non-conformities open with their owner and their disposition, and the lots blocked because of them.

Questions about Quality

Yes. On its own it is a control point, a check, a non-conformity and an action, on any record you choose. Turn Inventory on and a fail blocks the lot; turn Manufacturing on and the check sits inside the work order.
