An article from what you know. A lead from whoever reads it.

From the record to the reader, in five steps.

The article starts from a record

A procedure page, a delivered project, a product: pick one, and the draft carries its facts, its photos and its link. A blank page is still there for the days you want it.

From the record to the reader, in five steps.

  1. A procedure page, a delivered project, a product: pick one, and the draft carries its facts, its photos and its link. A blank page is still there for the days you want it.

  2. The draft waits on whoever you named: a partner, the owner, the client whose project it tells. One click, or one line back to the author.

  3. One article, a French and a Dutch version, the same slug, the same cover, published at the same minute on the site Enobase already runs for you. The second language is drafted from the first and reviewed on its own.

  4. As the article goes out, a post with its title, its cover and its link is drafted for the accounts you choose, and a block is offered to the next newsletter. Both point at the article, and what they bring back lands on it.

  5. A question in the comments or on the form under the article resolves to a contact you hold, or makes one. One click and it is an opportunity on that contact, with the article as its source and the project as its reference.

The case study, drafted from the project it describes.

Point the assistant at the showroom refit. It reads the project: the kickoff and the handover dates, the tasks closed, the hours logged, the three interventions, the forty-two luminaires on the order, the six photos and the client's consent to use them. The draft it proposes has a source on every fact, so Sofie edits the tone and not the numbers, and Mathilde reviews an article that already agrees with the project file.

See it on your own data

The editor, the languages, the schedule, the comments, and where an article starts.

What an article starts from, who reviews it and what a reader becomes are yours to set.

See it on your own data

Written on the page itself

Blocks you drag, a picture from the record's own photos, a quote from the client with their consent recorded, and the article as the reader will see it while you write it.

Search terms from the record

The title, the description, the slug and the alt text are proposed from what the article is about, and the ones missing in the second language are named.

Now, Tuesday, or when the project closes

Publish at once, at a time, or by a rule: a project marked Delivered offers an article a week later, with its photos and its consent already on it.

Comments on the record, not in the void

A comment under the article sits on the article's record and on the commenter's, who is a contact you hold or a new one to keep. Held for a look first if you say so.

An article starts from anywhere

From a project, a product, a procedure page, or a blank page. Each one arrives with what that record knows.

The same article, for a landscaping contractor and for a law office.

What adapts: what an article starts from (a service, a project, a procedure page), who reviews it, which languages it goes out in, where it is shared and to whom, and what the reader who asks becomes (a quote request, an appointment, an opportunity). Two businesses can run Blog and disagree on every one of those.

See it on your own data

A landscaping contractor giving seasonal advice

The article starts from a service in the catalogue: autumn lawn care, with its price per square metre and last year's photos. The owner reviews it on Sunday evening, it goes out in Dutch and French, the October newsletter carries it to every client with a maintenance contract, and the reader who asks for a date becomes a quote request on their record.

A law office keeping clients informed

The article starts from the office's own checklist page on commercial leases. A partner reviews it, it goes out in French with the Dutch version reviewed by the associate who handles Flemish clients, it is sent by email to the clients with a matter in that category, and the reader who asks becomes an appointment first, and a matter when the partner says so.

This is the room.

One article, opened: the project it was drafted from, its two languages and when they went live, who reviewed it, where it was shared, the comments it drew, and the contact and the opportunity it brought.

See it with your own articles

Read per article, per lead.

Every article has readers by day, and the days the post and the newsletter went out are marked on the same line, so you can see which one brought them. Under the readers sit the people: the contacts the article made and the opportunity one of them opened, with its amount. The question "which article pays for itself" is a saved view, not a spreadsheet someone rebuilds each month.

See it on your own data

The publishing tool you would otherwise buy writes from a blank page and ends with a subscriber.

It hosts the article and counts who read it. It has never seen the project the article is about, and the reader who asks a question is a subscriber on its list, not a contact on yours.

Questions about Blog

Yes. On its own it is an editor, a review, a publication in two languages on your site and the comments. Turn Project or the catalogue on and the article starts from a record; turn CRM on and the reader who asks becomes a contact and an opportunity.
