Enobase Email Marketing · Marketing

Write to the clients your records already know. Read the reply where it belongs.

From the template to the reply on the record, in five steps.

The message starts on your template

Header, intro, offer, button, footer: the blocks are yours to move, the brand is not yours to break. The fields in the text are fields on the record, so the client's name and their account manager are already there.

From the template to the reply on the record, in five steps.

  1. Header, intro, offer, button, footer: the blocks are yours to move, the brand is not yours to break. The fields in the text are fields on the record, so the client's name and their account manager are already there.

  2. Not a list you uploaded: a rule you can read. Clients with an invoice paid this year and no quote in ninety days, and the count is the count right now.

  3. A test send to yourself, the links checked, the fields rendered for three real clients, and one approval from the person whose name is on it.

  4. Now, or Tuesday at half past nine. The audience is evaluated again at that moment, so a client who paid an invoice on Monday is in, and a client who received a quote on Monday is not.

  5. The answer to a campaign is not a message in a shared mailbox. It is an activity on the client, an opportunity when it asks for something, and a task for the person who owns that client.

The audience is a filter, not a list.

An email marketing tool holds the contacts you sent it. Enobase holds the clients, the invoices they paid, the quotes they received, the tickets they opened, and the audience is a question asked of all of that. "Clients with an invoice paid this year and no quote in ninety days" is three rows anyone can read, and it answers differently on Tuesday than it did on Monday, because Monday's invoices were paid and Monday's quotes went out.

See it on your own data

The template, the fields, the schedule, the links, the report.

Which fields fill the message, who reviews it and where the reply lands are yours to set.

See it on your own data

Fields from the record

The client's name, their account manager, the last thing they bought, the amount still open: any field on the record, in the text, rendered per recipient.

Now, later, or as a test

Send it, schedule it, or send it to yourself first.

Every link, on the record

Who opened, who clicked which link, and when, as events on that client, not as a row in a report you export.

The campaign in five numbers

Delivered, opened, clicked, replied, unsubscribed, and the replies are links to the records they landed on.

The same campaign, for a vineyard and for a clinic.

What adapts: what the audience is a filter on (a client, an order, an animal), the fields the template pulls, who reviews the send, when it goes out, and what the reply becomes. Two businesses can run Email Marketing and disagree on every one of those.

See it on your own data

A vineyard with a seasonal offer

The audience is every client who bought one of the last two vintages and nothing this year. The text carries the vintage they bought and how many bottles. The owner reviews it, it goes out on a Thursday evening, and a reply becomes an order on the client.

A veterinary clinic with a vaccination reminder

The audience is not a client but an animal: every one whose last vaccine is eleven months old. The text carries the animal's name, the vaccine and the due date. The vet reviews it once, it goes out on the first of every month to whoever is due, and a reply becomes an appointment.

The subject line, the draft, the send time, the report in words.

Which fields fill the message, who reviews it and where the reply lands are yours to set.

Book a demo

The draft, from your template and your data

Tell it what the offer is. It writes the email on the brand template, in your tone, with the fields in the right places, and offers three subject lines. Sofie edits one paragraph and sends it for review, instead of starting from a blank block.

The send time

Read from when this audience opened the last campaigns, proposed, never decided for you.

The report, read in words

Ask how the campaign did and get the answer with the records behind it, not a chart to interpret.

The same contact, four channels, one record.

The person who receives the campaign is the same person the account manager calls, the same person who registered for the open day, the same person who gets the reminder by text the day before. In Enobase those are four rows on one record, so the reply to any of them is read with all of them.

See it on your own data

The reply becomes an opportunity

A campaign reply that asks for something is an opportunity on the client, owned by whoever owns the client, with the campaign as its source. See CRM.

The reply becomes an opportunity

The click starts a flow

Clicked and did not reply: a wait, then a second email, then a task for the account manager, as a flow you can read. See Marketing Automation.

The click starts a flow

The invitation and the guest list

The campaign is the invitation; the registrations land on the event and the event's guests are an audience for the next one. See Events.

The invitation and the guest list

The same audience, by text

The reminder the day before goes to the same segment, from the same record, and its reply lands in the same place. See SMS Marketing.

The same audience, by text

This is the room.

One campaign after the send: what was delivered, opened and clicked, by segment and by month, and every reply as a row that links to the record it landed on.

See it with your own clients

The email tool you would otherwise buy sends to a list that was current at the last sync.

Questions about Enobase Email Marketing

Yes. On its own it is a template, an audience, a review and a report. Turn CRM on and the audience can be built from opportunities and the reply becomes one; turn Invoicing on and it can be built from what was billed and paid.
