The post knows the product. The comment knows the customer.

  1. Every post by day and by account. Drag one to Friday and its schedule moves with it.

  2. The posts waiting on someone. Approve in one click, or send one line back to the person who drafted it.

  3. Mentions, comments and messages from every account in one place, each with the contact behind it, and a button to make it a record.

This is the room.

One post, opened: the product it was written from, the accounts and times it went out on, who approved it, the comments and messages it drew, and the opportunity one of them became.

See it with your own accounts

The draft, the approval, the schedule, the reply, and what they add up to.

Which accounts, who approves and what a post is written from are yours to set.

Book a demo

Drafted from the product, not about it

Pick a product from the catalogue and the draft carries its name, its price, its photo and the link to its page, in your tone, cut to each account's length. You edit it, or you do not.

Approval before it goes out

A post on the queue waits for whoever you named: the owner, the manager, the client. One click, or one line back.

A schedule per account

The same post at 09:00 on the company page and at 12:30 on the shop page, or on one and not the other, each with its own caption length.

The reply, from the record

The comment asks whether the track comes in black. The reply is drafted from the product and says yes, €189.00, in stock, with the link, for Sofie to send or fix.

The report counts what the posts became

Posts published, comments answered, opportunities created, per account and per month, read from the same records.

Drafted from the product, not about it

Pick a product from the catalogue and the draft carries its name, its price, its photo and the link to its page, in your tone, cut to each account's length. You edit it, or you do not.

Book a demo

The same post, for a bakery and for an architecture firm.

What adapts: what a post is written from (a product, a project, an article), which accounts it goes to and when, who approves it, what a comment becomes (an order, an opportunity, a ticket), and what the report counts. Two businesses can run Social Marketing and disagree on every one of those.

See it on your own data

A bakery posting the weekend's bread

The post is written from a product: the Saturday loaf, its price, its photo. It goes to the shop page on Thursday evening, the owner approves it from her phone, and a comment asking to reserve two loaves becomes an order on the shop's point of sale, with the customer's name on it.

An architecture firm posting a delivered project

The post is written from the project: the showroom refit, its photos, the client's consent recorded on the post. It goes to the company page and the studio profile a week after handover, a partner approves it, and a comment from another client's contact becomes an opportunity with the delivered project as its reference.

From a comment to a lead, without leaving the stream.

A comment lands under the refit post: "Can you do the same for our Antwerp showroom in the spring?" The stream knows the handle. It is Léa Dumont, Atelier Nord, a contact with a project delivered last week. One click and the comment is an opportunity on that client, with the post as its source, the refit as its reference, Mathilde as its owner and a call planned for Monday. A handle nobody knows becomes a new contact first, and the same click follows.

Email Marketing

The same product, the same photo, the same morning: the newsletter goes out at 08:00 and the post at 09:00, and the campaign's report shows both. See Enobase Email Marketing.

Email Marketing

Blog

An article published on the blog offers a post with its title, its cover and its link, and the post's comments land on the article's record. See Blog.

Blog

Website

The link in the post lands on a page the site holds, and the form filled on it is a contact with the post as its source. See Website Builder.

Website

CRM

The commenter is a contact, the comment is on their record, and the opportunity it became sits in the pipeline with the post as its source. See CRM.

CRM

The social media tool you would otherwise buy has never seen your product or your customer.

It schedules the post and answers the comment. It does not know what the post is selling, what it costs, or that the person commenting has a quote open with you.

Questions about Social Marketing

Yes. On its own it is a calendar, a queue, one inbox for every account and a report. Turn the catalogue on and the post is drafted from a product; turn CRM on and the comment becomes an opportunity.
