Are these screens a finished industry package?

Who is the Ambassador Program for?

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Choose a bounded workflow that would make a difference, then decide which modules and records it needs. We agree how it connects to the rest of your work before extending the scope.

What needs a separate scope review?

Booking engines, channel synchronization, tourist taxes and payments need separately validated connections and rules.

How is this different from a generic ERP?

Enobase combines platform modules with records, views and rules that can be adapted to your operation. The useful comparison is your own workflow: what works as supplied, what must change, and how that change will be maintained.

What can AI do, and what do we control?

AI can create and update records, generate documents and retrieve information through configured workflows. We define the source data, permitted changes and review steps together. Creating a document does not mean sending it automatically.

How would we move our existing information?

We review a sample of your files, their quality and the records you need to keep. Then we agree what to import, what to leave in the current tools and how you will verify the result. No switch is scheduled before that scope is clear.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Both depend on the agreed scope, data and connections. The first conversation is to understand your work. We then discuss a concrete first step, timing and commercial terms, including any Ambassador Program commitments.
