Who is the Ambassador Program for?

For people running an established business who want to shape the product and share practical feedback. Allow a few hours during setup, then around an hour a month. You help guide the roadmap, get early access to new modules and agents, and benefit from preferential pricing.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Choose a bounded workflow that would make a difference, then decide which modules and records it needs. We agree how it connects to the rest of your work before extending the scope.

How is the software different from a generic ERP?

Eno is built to fit the way your business works. We adapt its records, documents, views and workflows to your terminology, approval steps and operating rules, so your team does not have to reorganise its work to fit the tool. We define the configuration and any specialist integrations together, starting with the modules you need.

What can AI do, and what do we control?

AI can create and update records, generate documents and retrieve information through configured workflows. We define the source data, permitted changes and review steps together. Creating a document does not mean sending it automatically.

How would we move our existing information?

We review a sample of your files, their quality and the records you need to keep. Then we agree what to import, what to leave in the current tools and how you will verify the result. No switch is scheduled before that scope is clear.

Your data is hosted in Europe, backed up daily and protected by role-based access. Your workspace is isolated from other businesses. Your data stays yours, and you can export it at any time. We define who can see and change each part of the workspace with your team.

Can I integrate my existing tools?

Yes. Accounting, calendars and web forms are examples of the tools we review with you during onboarding. We identify the information to exchange, check the available connectors, APIs or exports, and agree how updates will flow. Specialist tools can stay in place; we confirm each connection before including it in the scope.

Elevator maintenance management made simple.

Plan maintenance and callouts using each lift’s service history, and check which work is covered by its contract.

Let's talk

Right now, your business runs on 6 tools that don't talk to each other.

Your lift records, maintenance contracts and callout reports live across inboxes, spreadsheets, documents and phone calls. A change reaches one tool before it reaches the people who need it.

Requests lost in the inbox
The latest change in another inbox
Licenses for disconnected tools
The decision buried in a thread

A formula breaks the tracking sheet
Documents copied into another folder
Four versions of one spreadsheet
A phone call the team never hears

Paper notes entered twice
Notes cut off from the records
One broken link stops the handover
Six months of history gone

Same week. Same team. A different set of problems.

The decisions behind lift records, maintenance contracts and callout reports.

Without Eno

Callouts lack asset history

The dispatched technician lacks the lift’s previous work.

Emergency cover unclear

The office cannot see which technician can take the call.

Excluded work goes unpaid

Parts outside the contract are treated as included work.

Field reports hold billing

A completed visit waits for its report before billing.

Without Eno

Link the equipment record

Keep previous visits and open faults beside the callout.

Compare team commitments

Read active callouts beside planned maintenance work.

Review contract coverage

Keep included work and approved extras on the asset.

Follow missing reports

Link completed visits to report owners and billing tasks.
