Can we start with one module?

Yes. Choose a bounded workflow that would make a difference, then decide which modules and records it needs. We agree how it connects to the rest of your work before extending the scope.

Which organisations is this page for?

Organisations with paid staff running funded programmes. Associations differ widely by activity, so we start from your own programmes, funders and reporting rather than a generic model.

Does this replace our accounting or donation platform?

No. Statutory accounts, tax receipts and online donation platforms stay in their tools. We agree which data the first workflow needs from them.

How is Enobase different from a generic ERP?

Enobase is built to fit the way your business works. We adapt its records, documents, views and workflows to your terminology, approval steps and operating rules, so your team does not have to reorganise its work to fit the tool. We define the configuration and any specialist integrations together, starting with the modules you need.

What can AI do, and what do we control?

AI can create and update records, generate documents and retrieve information through configured workflows. We define the source data, permitted changes and review steps together. Creating a document does not mean sending it automatically.

How would we move our existing information?

We review a sample of your files, their quality and the records you need to keep. Then we agree what to import, what to leave in the current tools and how you will verify the result. No switch is scheduled before that scope is clear.

Your data is hosted in Europe, backed up daily and protected by role-based access. Your workspace is isolated from other businesses. Your data stays yours, and you can export it at any time. We define who can see and change each part of the workspace with your team.

Can I integrate my existing tools?

Yes. Accounting, calendars and web forms are examples of the tools we review with you during onboarding. We identify the information to exchange, check the available connectors, APIs or exports, and agree how updates will flow. Specialist tools can stay in place; we confirm each connection before including it in the scope.
